Why Use The Business Dojo

The word 'dojo' literally translates from Japanese as ‘the place of the way’.  It is now synonymous with martial arts training, but any art ending in ‘do’, (aikido, kendo, judo), offers a path that looks beyond physical training and  provides training for mind, body and spirit.

The Business Dojo based near Cambridge offering coaching  and training that bring the profound benefits of aikido training into your business life, It will help you:

  • Maximise your personal potential

  • Improve your ability to get the most out of the people you work with, including clients, co-workers and suppliers

  • Manage pressure and conflict well.

  • Reduce your business costs by enhancing staff retention

  • Drive profits because of stronger relationships with your colleagues, clients and suppliers alike

You can find out more about how we work here, but to learn the important lessons that aikido training offers, you do not have to undertake traditional martial arts training.  Instead, Quentin has developed a methodology  that will provide the opportunity for you to feel the benefits in a very personal way.  This is done through a series of gentle body exercises integrating certain key principles.  Assimilating information in this way has a far more profound effect than more traditional ways of learning, because it is genuinely felt.  In an age driven by I.T., where people spend so many hours stuck behind a screen,  the inner wisdom that the body possesses is all too often ignored.

These exercises  along with an exploration of how the ideas can be contextualized within business life provide an opportunity to experience something  profoundly powerful and positive, and  an opportunity to take a fresh look at yourself and your business, whilst  equipping you with tools to achieve greater success.
